We’ll review job expectations, create career and tactical goals and track progress to ensure accountability. We'll develop career paths based on strengths, interests and motivations using Myers Briggs personality type profiling, and work on individual action items to develop leadership skills and reinforce all skills. · Team Development - Learn or reinforce the fundamentals of teamwork, relationship building, communications and leadership through a variety of interactive, customized workshops; incorporating Myers Briggs personality typing and issues concerning the generational mix in today’s workplace into our learning. · Organizational Development -Provide a values-based leadership philosophy to propel your business forward by aligning people with the company’s core values. The entire organization must be in alignment and headed in the same direction in order to make effective, long-term sustainable changes. I assist companies in transforming their values into reality. Working together, we will create actionable steps that are in sync with the company’s vision and values.
